The BeginningHanging out on the unsalted shores of Lake Michigan with friends, inspired us to create something salty. We were determined to create apparel that embodies lake life experiences while being authentic in how we develop our products. Out of our love for the Great Lakes and the desire to build a brand around this way of life, salty salmon was born.
Salty Salmon (noun) - a person who does not participate in mainstream because, why follow what everyone else is doing. The world likes to tell us what we can't do, so jump in and swim upstream. Thanks for stopping by and stay salty!

We have a vested interest in the Great Lakes region and what they represent; family, fun, sunrises & sun. We understand the need to protect and restore the largest system of fresh surface water in the world, we strongly support the Alliance for the Great Lakes.
